This is a Christmas present for my entire household, myself included! lol We all have bad backs and seriously need to strengthen our cores and so this is going to be a most welcome and much needed addition to our exercise room. I seriously love the color and it blends right in with all of my other purple workout equipment. I don't want to actually assemble it until Christmas Eve so it will be a surprise, so I just opened it for now to make sure everything was there… it is AND it's made with high quality, durable parts. Nothing is damaged or disappointing in any way. There are no instructions included, but referring back to the online ad pics it definitely looks simple enough. It is heavier than I had hoped, but I'm almost 70 so everything is heavier than I hoped! Haha! I am super excited about owning this extremely well-made ab muscle strengthener. Maybe it will feel lighter and lighter the more I use it! :-D

this package is easy to unload,machine easy to install ,%26 lightweight. i did a few different reps and cant wait to add to my dairy exercise. im do excited to see my progress!!

once you read the directions its pretty simple to put together it definitely works my core out im going to have to start uaing it everyday

Very large and heavy box (20 lbs). Good thick metal frame. Thick foam cushioning in a pretty lilac color. Comes with instruction booklet that was obviously translated into English, so it has some hilarious sentences. Has assembly instructions. Great for building up muscles, toning down, and improving heart health. Folds up when not in use to save space. Comes with resistance band for arms. Has small monitor to track progress.
