It works fine for me. I bought it for when I can't get to the gym to workout this winter or when it is bad weather. As a stroke patient I find it easy to use.

The Instructions are terrible!! No parts are numbered. Once I figured out how it went together it was fairly easy. The cord that runs up the handle was a challenge but I figured it out. Maybe Walmart can put instructions as part of the ad so customers won't be so confused. On each bolt add a lock washer then the washer. Use the Allen wrench or Hex wrench to tighten all bolts. They include 1 extra bolt and 2 extra of each washer.
The entire packaging was damaged, screws on the bottom of the box, the metal part is also damaged, see photo, it will not be possible to assemble the handlebar for the stepper! The description says the lifting capacity is 330 pounds, but the instructions say 220! I will make a return. The only plus is fast delivery!
The only thing I liked this product was shipping. It arrived as the seller promised. When I opened the box however, I could see the seller sent me open-box item: pieces of styrofoam were everywhere inside the box, nuts and bolts were not packed in a plastic bag, etc. (Picture 1) I was like, "Meh, as long as this works without any problem, it is okay I guess." I started assemble, and there was immediately another problem: parts wouldn't fit in. (Picture 2). Handlebar post wouldn't fit in the plastic hole. I had to remove that plastic piece in order to install. I was like, "Meh... as long as it works..." After I assembled without that plastic piece, I turned on the display (Picture 3). The screen was stuck there; no changes when I tried to press/hold the red button. At that point, I decided to return the item. I am leaving 2 stars, because the product was shipped on time, but... never buying it again.
the screws to attach it together are all the same and I can't put it together..is that why it was on sale. a consumer bust!! only thing is this stepper is stepping on people's money. rip off! won't happen again, I will let the consumers know, thx for nothing
The display all of sudden stop working after three or so weeks. It creeks whilst using it ,very noisy and you are unable to adjust the resistance. Was hoping for a better experience.......a little disappointed
When I opened it my first thought was this was not new. Then when I found the instructions for assembly I knew there were missing parts and the diagram did not match the parts I received. This cannot be assembled even if I supplied my own additional parts.
Item title and description stated new but received used, poorly repackaged item. Since it was fully misrepresented is still broken
When I ordered the stepper it said there was a higher max weight limit than when I received it. Foot pads have dents from the heals and balls of my feet after only a few uses. I am very mechanically inclined, this product was not easy to assemble. China…..what more can I say??
