I somewhat agree with a previous reviewer, it constantly moves and falls. BUT, if you can keep a hand on it to support it, the workout IS THERE. The padding and cup area may be larger than previous versions, but it is still not very comfortable on the inner thighs. Giving it the slight support with the hands helps with comfort too (not trying to do a death grip in an attempt to hold it in place). The charging cable is extremely short. There is no on/off button. It turns on when you begin using it. It counts when you do a complete compression. It cut off on me a couple of times and restarted the count with the next rep. I'm not sure I'll use the count display, but I will use the device for my arms, chest, and thighs! I could feel the workout!

Let me say this is the prettiest pink I've seen on exercise equipment! It looks great and has a very soft padding so that your thighs will have comfort. It also has a counter so that you can see how many you have done, without have to keep track in your head, and it's got a USB charging port. The only thing I can say is that it didn't come with instructions really, just a little paper saying how many reps to do for each exercise pose you're doing. So I will have to do some research on it by myself, but it seems like a great machine.

Tried it for a few min just to feel and test it quick and welp it felt good as in I'm sore in just a few min so yeah this is good and I need to work out … anyways it's comfy no uncomfortable position my husbands loved it too has a display which I love and the color I LOVE

thigh trainer turned out to be so much better than I expected. It's lightweight, easy to use, and the adjustable resistance makes it perfect whether I'm warming up or doing a more focused workout. This is nice, wish it could get even stronger resistance. Definitely works. If you feel like it's not working, TURN it the other way. Be sure to position the part with the knob that adjusts toward your Hoohah/cooter (whatever you want to call it) I think a lot of people, including me, do it the wrong way where the knob is outward. I turned it around and now I feel it working. Got it for my pelvic floor so sure hope consistency will pay off.

This thigh trainer is a nice addition to my daily workout routine. There is a counter on it that tells you how many times you've done the exercise. It's a nice pink color. Shipping was lightening fast and I received my package in less than 24hrs. I recommend it to anyone looking to tone up their thighs. I think it can also be used for the arms.

Love this petit pretty in pink thigh trainer. I ordered this thigh machine to work on my thick thighs and my pelvic floor. There is no cheating with this machine. You need to do the full motion to go to the next number. I will say it was a little tricky for me to figure the best place to position it on my thighs...due to my thickness....but I worked it out. And I know you will too!

I ordered this RICAN Thigh Trainer, 35lb Resistance Pelvic Floor Muscle Trainer to add to a daily routine of trying to stay fit It was delivered quickly and I started implementing into my routine today. With instructions included, it was very easy to understand. I began to use on arms and immediately felt it working muscles, I forgot I had. I like that you can add or reduce resistance with just a twist of the knob in the middle of the unit. Where I did find a slight problem was when I tried to use to work my thigh area, something was pinching my inner thigh. Only to see there is a separation in the plastic that catches the skin or clothing whenever it is pumped. I tried to push back in, but it does not stay in. I will continue to use, but with caution in certain areas.

This product keeps slipping off while you exercise. You can tighten the knob to increase the amount of tension on it so your workout is harder but if after 3 reps it falls off you are not getting much of a workout. I ended up being more frustrated than anything. The counter is nice and I like that you can charge the display. All in all I was not happy with this product as a booster to my workout.

The packaging and the product itself are feminine and really trendy looking with a light baby-pink color and rose-gold accents. It definitely is throwing out feminine, hot girl all year round i was found on TikTok vibes. Also good was the included exercise guide so I know Im doing it correctly with suggestions for reps and sets focused on pelvic floor and leg training. It's also good to use lying down straight, on your side, sitting, and standing which works no matter what your current fitness level is at. Currently my main goal is strength and the coveted thigh gap 👌 The part that rests against your legs is made of a soft material, so it isn't hard, pinching or uncomfortable against your skin. The built-in counter is accurate and convenient in keeping track of your reps. Because it automatically powers off after about a minute of inactivity battery life is conserved. What I like most is that its convenient to use daily basically anytime and anywhere in any clothing bc I wont break a sweat from a few reps or feel I need a workout partner to motivate me because it's not an intimidating piece of gym equipment. Overall, I'm really happy with the quality, design, and features so far, and I'm looking forward to incorporating it into my workouts.
