I like the ease of use. I turn on a movie and turn on my machine. There are three different sets and each a little different. I could use a little more powerful set, but it adequate for me. I use it twice a day for circulation. I bought this one because I can move it easily, it doesn't weight that much. Other machines I could not lift.
