Bought this for my 93-year young Aunt. She loves it! It's quiet and easy to use. She has one that operates from side to side and she didn't like that one. But we found a winner in Rican!

This is a great excercise product. It is very easy to use.
The motion is smooth and I appreciate that it can switch directions automatically. After my foot and ankle surgery, I got this to help with my rehab exercises, and it's been great. It's so quiet and easy to use. The only drawback is the remote control occasionally malfunctions, but it's not a big deal since I can set everything manually and start.
Seems to work great but our grandkids seemed to like the remote and we cant find it !! can anyone tell me how to order a new remote ??
Unfortunately 2 weeks after I got this I took a bad fall n now am in physical therapy so I can't use this anymore! Can I return it? My doc says not to use it
