Bought this for my 93-year young Aunt. She loves it! It's quiet and easy to use. She has one that operates from side to side and she didn't like that one. But we found a winner in Rican!

Unfortunately 2 weeks after I got this I took a bad fall n now am in physical therapy so I can't use this anymore! Can I return it? My doc says not to use it
