It's very sturdy, quiet, and very easy to use, just sit in a comfortable chair, put your feet on the pedals, and the motor does the rest. Birthday present to my 83 year old husband. He's the type that if he didn't feel that it's helping his legs, he wouldn't use it. He uses it almost every day while watching tv.
I am an elderly woman with bad legs. I use a cane and/or a walker. I bought this in hopes it would help strengthen my legs. I have NOT been disappointed. After one week of using it 30. minutes a day I can already see a difference. Today I walked down my block without a cane or walker. I can tell my balance is better and I even have a spring in my step. Im so happy. I look forward to even better results as I move ahead.
Perfect for an elderly person like me to exercise. I love it. I don't feel like I have to lay down after my session is done.

I like that it was all together when it arrived I just pulled it out of the box and plugged it up
No assembly and easy to use. I have been using it daily to keep circulation flowing and muscles strong while waiting for hip replacement. I think it will be good for rehab as well.
The machine is a little difficult for elderly husband to program but hopefully he'll get it figured out so I don't have to return. But I have to admit that seeing him pedally backwards at "90 miles an hour" was worth the price!
It is doing what I need it to do. I wish mine didn't have as many reverse steps, but I handle it. I love the 30-minute shut off, so I don't need to watch the clock.
unfortunenate I have to return the purchase, because I did not see in the advertisement tha you can not use the machine if you have a pacemaker.
