Excellent taste, more expensive than mussels, scallops, or shrimp but made my seafood bake perfect and everyone complimented on the morsel meat pieces in the dish. So Worth The Money. The pieces were a good size with a true Louisiana flavor. Value is reasonable for a southern classic must must-have for any dish from Gumbo, to Cocktails. Really fast addition to any dish. Thaw overnight for best results and less than 5 minutes to heat and serve.

These are very good crawfish tails. As for someone who is from New Orleans, these are as good as it gets in Colorado. they are expensive but definitely worth paying compared to the cheaper options that are out here. These are true Louisiana crawfish tails.

So happy to find just authentic Louisiana product in Michigan. Don't buy crawfish tails if they were not sourced from Louisiana. These were as good as any frozen tails available in Louisiana, as they were from the heart of Louisiana Cajun country. Perfect for crawfish pasta, crawfish, jambalaya, and crawfish stew.

For a southern girl that now lives in New Mexico, these tails have a good flavor. Plus they did a good job at cleaning them as I found no shell particles. Will definitely be buying these from now on.

My husband is from Louisiana and Walmart is the only place we have been able to find frozen crawfish tails year round. We also love that this brand is from Louisiana as well.

Wild-harvested Louisiana crawfish are far superior to farm-raised crawdads imported from Vietnam or China. The latter are fine when they're mixed in a dish prepared with andouille sausage, shrimp or chicken. But if you're cookin' something up in which the flavor of crawfish must stand alone (etoufee, for example) go with frozen or, better yet, fresh caught, Louisiana mud bugs.
