Richell Freestanding Dog Gate, Brown, 47.20"L x 23.60"W x 27"H

I love how this item is free standing. don't have to play around trying to get a tight fit between doorway or walls. expands nicely and folds up for easy storage. tall enough too that my Boston Terrier can't jump over it or climb over it. great product!

Easy to put together. Very sturdy. Works well for my German Shepherd. The hinges don't line up exactly right, but you can still lock it. It just takes a little extra time to wiggle the pin down.

The components came with clear instructions and were easy to assemble. It fits the passageway perfectly and can easily be put next to the wall when not in use. I like the fact that it weighs just right -- not too light nor not too heavy. The height is just right for our 3 small dogs and perhaps even medium-sized pets. It also blends well with the furniture. Overall, the gate serves our purpose and is a great value. My suggestion is for the company to make similar pet gates for outdoor use.

The Richell Freestanding HS Pet Gate really IS a great gate! It does an excellent job of keeping out both the dog AND the child. It is much more attractive than most pet gates, quite sturdy, and easy to assemble. This gate is more of a barrier than gate as it does not have a swinging mechanism to make passing through simple - it is designed to stay where you put it, although, it will fold so you can put it away. I could not be happier with it - totally worth every penny!

Should have thought of this years ago. I now have 4 small/medium dogs and they are limited to certain rooms of the house. They can still see us but not on the new leather furniture. Really enjoy the look of the gates too it is a perfect match to my woodwork and end tables!

I have been using a traditional baby gate that spans the doorway, but it was a pain to step over or take down when I had something in my hands. With this freestanding gate, I can move it easily when I need to get into the ""cats'"" room. It's a little heavy, but totally worth it. Love it. Very pleased. Nice and sturdy.

This gate is perfect for my needs. Just the right height to keep the dogs out of the laundry room and just right for the cats to jump over and eat their kibble and use their litter box in private. This gate looks good, keeps my 50 lb dog and my 18 lb grandniece where they belong, and yeah, it was worth the money. It is heavy but not clumsy, light enough for the adults to move easily, Folds flat easily, but it is 55 inches long. The rubber on the bottom is a nice feature.

This gate is just what we were looking for. Support feet could be a little shorter but other than that perfect.

I have bought Richell dog gate and crates over the last 10 years and they are THE BEST! Extremely well made, easy to put together, packaged very well and attractive. I highly recommend their barriers, pens and crates as I have tried them all!
