They work great they are easy to install but seem to break after a few months. The string gets tangled. I don't know how but then it get stuck and can't pull or push up.

These were incredibly easy to install, and beautiful!! Really looks like wood blinds and has easy function; easily lowers and raises up with a light touch. I'm buying more for all my windows!!

I picked this brand because the Better homes and gardens brand did not have this size available. I live in an old house with some narrow windows. This brand was extremely similar in design to the better homes and garden brand so I was able to get the size I needed and have it still match the other ones.

nice blinds but the are venetian and I don't know any way to keep thd clean where I live unless I dust every hour- my husband put up a bunch and he didn't complain too much so I am guessing installation went well,

These are not built to last more than a couple of years but they do have a better warranty than other cheap blinds so you can have them replaced when they break down. I open and close mine every day. Of the 5 that I bought a little over two years ago, the 3 that got the most use were broken by the time 25 months came around. To get the warranty replacement, you contact Richfield online and send pictures or video of the issue and the identifying numbers on the top rail. It takes about a week after that to get a free replacement. The main issue is that the cord that (carrys the weight of the blind) controls rising and lowering breaks. The other issue is that the coil or spring that holds them up wears out and prevents them from staying pushed up. I like doing that in a few rooms to get sunlight for the plants. A realtor introduced me to these as an inexpensive solution to upgrading old, cheap mini blinds for staging houses. For that purpose, they work well.

Great price. Good appearance. First purchased in 2023. The cordless function is nice and they are straightforward to install. The problem is that the mechanism will bind up after about 12 months become tight and break. I've had 4 fail in about 12 months and another 2 fail 3 months after that. Since my whole house is stuck with these, I have reordered. The newer ones purchased in 2024 have much less resistance and require far less force to pull down. I'm hoping they've solved the issue with the mechanism.

I don't like the cordless future due to the fact that I have my desk against the window and it is a hassle to raise or bring down the blinds and for that reason I gave it a 3 star review. However, I like the style and am going to order three more of this window blinds.

Dislikes: Walmart used FedEx to ship and the lazy delivery person put my blinds in front of my garage in the rain (too lazy to walk 8 steps to my covered front porch even though I have 3 cameras recording the front). Trying to return, Walmart customer service doesn't know how to provide the customer with correct labels or the proper level of customer support. After spending $400 on blinds that I can't use because they are wet damaged, why would you give me a coupon for $25 to use on a purchase of $45 or more. I don't shop this store like that... Make it make sense. Likes about this purchase: Nothing because I'm still out of my $400 and don't have blinds at my 8 windows. Go somewhere else for your blinds purchase or buy in store.
