This was a HUGE hit with our 5 year old grand-daughter! since it didnt come with instrutctions, I researched a bit online and was able to piece together this The plastic "debit card" has to be inserted for the door to open. the default passcode to open the door is 0000. the new passcode must be set when the door is open. Enter the new passcode, press *, then close the door. if the passcode is forgotten, remove and reinsert the batteries to reset it to the 0000 default and follow initial steps to re-enter a new passcode. Our 8 year old grand-daughter made a youtube video demonstrating how it works. It's titled Kids Facial Recognition ATM instructional video - by Blossom. If you watch it, be sure to click on Like and leave a comment. It was her 1st video and you can see the confidence of this normally shy young lady "blossom" as the video progresses! PS. the last photo is her response to my question about which part of it she liked the most: "All of it!".

I bought two of these!! My children absolutely love it!! I like that I am able to put the passcode in and the kids can't get in it unless I let them!! Very good product for the money!!

I like this toy because we can teach our grandson about money. I think by playing with him and teaching about the process of getting money out of the atm he will have a better grasp on how money works and how to get it out of the bank. The bank comes with little stickers for the atm card and for the bank face scanner. Be sure to put the sticker over the bright, flashing, red light. It's a cute little bank and it really takes your money. I recommend this toy.

For the price of this item...well worth the money. Our 8 yr old grand daughter enjoys the features and has fun with it. Thank you for a good product.

This is a super cute idea for kids to learn a pin and save some money. Although it does not hold a lot of money like a traditional piggy bank my daughter loves it!

Its a very good one for a gift where kids love to play with it and keep their money safe The only problem i see with this is this does not include a feature which was described Other than that its a good choice to buy

This seems to only work when it wants to which leaves a 6year old very frustrated. It is cute but other than the facial recognition (that works less than 50% of the time) it's just a manual bank that looks like an ATM. The money compartment is small and when the door opens all of the money falls out. Again leaving a 6year old who wants to see how much money she has frustrated. I would not give this as a gift to another child.

I'm so upset I should've tried it before my daughter got it for her birthday. As it makes noise says the door is going to open, beebs and then nothing happens!!! The door won't open at all! So upset bc she's upset and really wanted this one. Annoying

Not good for kids, if they press the different lock code/ buttons, it will be locked forever. I want to return as i could not open it and my kids already inserted money in it.

2 of the 3 we ordered did not work properly, never even opened the 3rd one, even though tried to return them in less than a month after ordering, was not able to. Very poor quality.
