Defective Control Box Output
I wanted this to work, but unfortunately the control box I received was defective. Installation was straightforward, and the new remote paired and communicated with the controller. The head lift worked, but the foot lift would not. I diagnosed the problem by swapping the head and foot lift motor connections. The problem stayed with the controller's foot-lift output rather than following the motor, confirming the control box itself has a bad output. If yours works, it will probably be a great replacement, but be aware that quality control may be inconsistent. I'm returning it for a replacement.
