This is exactly what I was looking for for safety above the other ones. It had extended rail where you could hold onto if you're on that top step ideal situation love it.

This the perfect size ladder to get to the top cabinet of 9ft ceilings. I feel safe and secure with the side handrails and so great it folds very thin including the handrails. Perfect for me around the house and lightweight too.

perfect height. steps are wide handle on the back side is perfect for balancing. folds up %26 weight is lite enough for this 77yr old lady to move easily. no more stools or chairs for me!

I love the wider steps, for anyone who finds a regular step stool a little un easy, you have to try this one..

This was all together in the box. It is really good for narrow places. It is light weight and strong and easy to carry!

The step stool is well constructed with no assembly required and no defects. It is stable and surprisingly light

The ladder is well made. Seemed sturdy enough. But the stair steps are very narrow and not deep, the steps feel very small to me. The ladder itself is narrow, from side to side, feels very narrow. And the treads are not rubberized, so I feel like I could lose my footing more easily. It may work for smaller, petite people, but I had to return it, didn't feel safe to me. I have an older step ladder, not as tall, but the steps on my old ladder are much wider and deeper, and rubberized, so I feel safer on that ladder. I still need a taller ladder, but will need to find one with wider, rubberized steps.

The stepstool came delivered to our home. But there are parts missing. My husband really likes the steps. He wants to order a new one, but I don't know if the new one is going to have parts missing also? So very much hassle returning and getting another one -otherwise it seems sturdy and good for what we're using it for.

This step ladder looks and feels cheaply made. It arrived with rust stains on the white paint, in a battered box directly from oversees. I thought I was ordering from Wal-Mart.

I can't lock the top bar for safety. The pin seems to be too s hort. Very unsafe! Not sure what my options are..
