We rolled out about 65 scanners to our locations to use for invoice scanning module in our proprietary accounting software. It was a very successful project and all of our location managers are very impressed with ix2500 performance and features. With other scanning features (a lot of them) in the IX2500 we are no longer receiving paper reports or invoices from our locations. I would definitively recommend ix2500. You will be impressed too!!

The ScanSnap iX2500 Premium Edition has worked really well for our office and document management needs. It scans quickly, handles mixed document sizes well, and the scan quality has been great. I also like that it integrates easily with cloud storage, and it's noticeably quieter and faster than the scanner I was using before. I am a CPA and I can all my clients documents when preparing their tax returns. This was my first tax season with my Ricoh. It is faster and more reliable than any scanner I have ever had. This things saved me an inordinate amount of time this tax season. I will never use anything else again!

I use my scanner to enter information into my desktop for producing a blog, writing articles, and researching a book. It is the easiest, most reliable scanner I have ever used. I recommend them to any one that asks!

VERY HAPPY WITH THE OURCHASE OF THE RICOH SCANNER. IT WORKS WELL AND FAST. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT IT IS A LITTLE BIT LOUD WHEN SCANNING DOCUMENTS.

I like the wireless connection to my laptop, the high speed, double-sided scanning, and the receipt feeder. Really excellent product.

I'm extremely happy with the ScanSnap iX2500. Setup was quick and straightforward, and it worked perfectly right out of the box. I have been a ScanSnap customer for over a decade when I first became a school administrator. There is no other scanner that compares to the speed, efficiency, and ease of my ScanSnap iX2500! When I was an elementary school administrator, my ScanSnap scanner helped tremendously when I had to constantly upload Title 1 documentation. As a high school administrator now, I've been conscientious of limiting paper files whenever necessary, and ScanSnap has helped me to stay organized in an efficient manner. I am grateful for this product!

Living in an apartment, paperwork takes up valuable space. For years I used an earlier Scan Snap but it didn't work with my new computer. This one does and it does a great job.
