My child came home with lice that she got from school. I never really had to think about lice, as it was never a problem in my school growing up, so I had quite a lot of learning to get up to speed on quickly. When researching, I discovered that a lot of traditional lice treatments are made with pesticide ingredients, which lice have become resistant to over the years. Additionally, these products can be harsh on the skin. Since my child has sensitive skin, I was already hesitant to use something with harsh chemicals. Fortunately, I came across RID's new line of non-pesticide based products which are actually more effective than other traditional products like Nix. This product worked quickly and effectively without irritiating my child's skin. Highly recommend!

I didn't know how to rate this. It does eventually get rid of the lice. you have to use it several times though. I used it once and thought we were fine because I didn't see any more lice and I thought we'd get rid of all the eggs and then it came back. I found a YouTube video from a doctor and it said that you have to use it several times. i believe 5 days later and then so on. it will not kill the eggs. it will kill the lice but you have to get rid of every single egg so doing it this way guarantees you get it all out. Its no fun. Tips from a mom with two girls with long hair!

Sooo.. its that time of year of course and yes my daughter had lice. Key word..HAD. Thanks to this product my child isn't itchy anymore and I don't have to worry about my own hair (which freaks me out cause it's almost to my butt). I love that its for sensitive skin cause these kind of chemicals in stuff like this can sometimes not be the best. I think 10 minutes is such a short time and wanted to keep in longer for just in case but I didn't and it was perfect everything dead!!! I'm so glad it combats super lice because it can get bad in my area at certain times in seasons. And the great thing of allllllll is that it kills the eggs. That means you don't have to worry if you don't grab an egg or two with the comb! Love it! Highly recommended!!!!

So we have yet to use it as thankfully our kids haven't caught life this year but it seems like a big challenge that comes with every year in public school. Last year we had tons of troubles with lice spreading to the whole house and even worse we ended up at the doctor cuz they would not die with normal treatment of over the counter being super lice. This product claims to kill super lice. Not only does it kill super lice but comes with a quality comb to help rid the issue. Each bottle can do 3 treatments depending on length of hair. A good option for children with lice. The directions were very clear. This product killed the lice & eggs and was gentle on the scalp and skin. It only took one wash and rinse followed by a careful comb through. Do recommended if you or your children happen to get lice. I was pleased with this product

No, parent wants to scramble to find a solution to lice at the last minute. My kiddos started kindergarten this past fall and this is an item I wanted to make sure I had on hand, just in case. My daughter has sensitive skin, and I was thankful to find this formula. It comes with a solution and comb. I hope I don't have to use it but if I do, I'm glad to have it in my closet ready to go.
