This product is great %26 a must every month for the septic system. The shipping is awful as twice now when i received this product the boxes were damaged causing Rid X to go all over, sure glad I purchased the biggest box lol , just please ship it better, thanks

With regular treatment, no one will ask you that question. Back in the day we fed our outhouses with yeast to feed the good bacteria and reduce septic odors. RIDX is a superfood for septic tanks. With regular treatment no one will ask you that question. It keeps my tank free from clogs and feeds the good bacteria necessary for healthy tank and processing. I have used both the liquid and the powdered form of RIDX. I find the powdered version is more reliable and efficient.

Product works as expected, the package that product came in was a little damaged.

I don't know if the mfg or the shipping dept. When I opened the box and took the top brown paper out Rid X was all over it. It was all over my kitchen table, where I opened the box. On my kitchen floor. Having two small dogs I was anxious to sweep all the rid x up and vaccum in case my dogs ate any.

Rid-X is generally the only product on the shelves. The multi-use size is convenient. However; is difficult to seperate into .25 volumes of the package, for each use. Attempts to mark the package for the user was poorly imprinted on package. 20 years of use, no issues with product claims.

It looks EXACTLY THE SAME as Great Value's. I thought well, why not buy the name brand (it was actually a bit less expensive than Great Value's) -- well, it is just one giant box of flakes -- not the individual packets I thought it would be. Will be sticking with Great Value's from now on -- much more convenient packaging.

Ordered two items at a great price, said it was being processed, almost a week later my order was cancelled by the seller. When I go back to look for replacement they have the item in stock and have raised the price by $23 on each. What a ripoff and disappointment. Walmart should hold the sellers to a higher standard and they should have to honor the original price.

I opened the box and it was full of bugs. No one wants to bring bugs into there house.
