Had unit about a month and used several times with great results.

Leaking pipe in wall - easy! Toys stuck under car seat - easy! Turbo not working on son's car - easy! Electrical short in crawl space - easy!

The micro CA-350 inspection camera is an excellent tool we use with one of our smaller reels. It's perfect for jobs where you need to bring the camera up on the roof but don't want to lug a large monitor with you. The image quality during inspections is clear, and its compact design makes it a breeze to handle. You can securely strap it right to the reel, so you're not juggling multiple items while climbing a ladder. It works great and is a game-changer for tight or elevated spaces. Highly recommend!

This camera is great for making recordings and uploading them to a laptop or computer. Size if monitor isn't the biggest but I use it with the 100' microreel and the video quality is great. With the ability to save to the unit itself or a sd card. Great handheld camera monitor.

Works great! It is perfect for searching for leaks and issues behind walls and hard to reach places. The SD card paired with the ability to record and take photos is great. Wish I had bought it years ago.

My micro CA-350 inspection camera provides a clear view as specified from very close to infinity. I also like the arrow on the camera head indicating the up position of the picture. The lighting on the camera is excellent adjustable between dim and bright. The screen view is very clear and not grainy, as well as, the snap shots. I have not used the movie feature yet, but I would expect excellent quality given the excellent performance of other features. So far I have used the camera to inspect AC lines between the HVAC unit and the fire wall under the dash of a project vehicle, inspect for lost parts under shop furniture, and inspect a water leak under my dish washer. The finish on the camera seems to be very durable despite the many objects the camera scraped by with no scratches. All so concerning my dish washer: I was able to identify the leak saving me the expense of hiring a technician.

I am very happy with my purchase of this Rigid CA-350 . Easy to set up and use. The LED lights work very well, and are plenty bright ! Everything was in its own molded plastic case, that was supposed to come with the camera itself. I look forward to many years of use from this Rigid CA-350 camera inspection kit .

I purchased this camera to offer inspections of drain lines for my home inspection business, I used the camera at my own home to test it out and noted the audio would play back very strangely and there was background noise, making the video um-presentable for clients. I could not return it since i had used it once to test it and it is considered a biological hazard so it has to be repaired by ridgid. I am happy with the way i can drop off the unit for repair under warranty, but there is a 8-10 week lead time for repair. I cant fathom how someone can be without their camera for that long. So essentially be aware of very long repair times, and know that if this is your bread and butter you will need two cameras in order to service clients due to the repair times. The push rod seams sturdy and i am sure it will last, not so sure about the camera it attaches too.... for the money I would think they would send you a model to borrow while yours is in for repair. I am fairly certain my situation is not typical, but test the sound etc. before putting it down the drain.
