this bike is pretty amazing i wish they had more colors though. the orange stands out really well but i dislike the black of the bike mostly because when im riding it im riding it to and from work and it gets dark. i want to be more visible, so i may repaint it. the shipping was a bit of a headache but they was so kind and patient with me and i got the items that was missing and i LOVE this bike. do i wish it would go faster? sometimes.. but thats the dare devil in me 😆

When buying, check carefully whether the seat height is suitable for your height. I like this bike, the wheels are big so it can run on rough terrain without much shock. The bike has 5 speeds, because it is quite tall for me, I only dared to try it at speed 1, and this speed is quite suitable for me. But getting off the bike was difficult and I fell twice. I contacted the seller to find a way to lower the height, but there was no way. And I cannot return the bike to them because I did not read the specifications carefully. They asked me to keep the bike with an offer of $100. What a pity. For the safety of myself and my child. I am waiting for another bike to take my child to school. Does anyone want to buy this one? I will leave it for the price I paid.

I read reviews that people struggled with noise of breaks and not working correctly. It's because they don't understand basic functions of a bike. I bought a second one and our time on these have been amazing.

under 800 taxes and shipping! 1000-1500 peak motor 50miles on the bike already and this compares to my 1400 ebike of the same frame. Honestly this is a steal for what you're getting!

Pretty nice bike. Gets going pretty well. I got it up to 31 mph down hill and about 25 mphuphill with electric and pedals together. I do wish that it came with turn signals. I will have to buy a set and inatal them. Overall good bike.

I bought this bike close like 2 months ago or so and I wanted to love it. It really impressed me since the first time I saw it and I fell in love with the fact that has a little back seat for when I go pick up my 9 y/o from school. He loves to ride in the back. The bike it's pretty heavy and sturdy and assembly was very easy for my husband. Battery lasts me about 5-6 days cuz I work pretty close and don't use it as much but I'm saving in gas and that it's a plus. The only thing that I hate and have me mad it's the customer service. I wrote an email a week after I got it letting them know about the noise in the brakes cuz it make the bike sound like the brakes in an old vehicle and that it's embarrassing. They responded and let me know that my issue was important for them and ask me for a video or pics. I send them a video long ago and they haven't responded at all.

ebike looks great but it does not hold power for more then 10 miles , I would have to ride on gear 1 if I want to make it home. I find I have to carry the charging adapter for rides less than 10 miles. I cannot remove rear tire. the tool that was provided fell apart within 5 minutes. I already have a flat tire and to remove the rear tire is the pits.

I am extremely disappointed with this eBike purchase. It broke within the first two months of ownership, and for more than two months I have been trying to get it repaired, replaced, or returned. The entire process has been a nightmare. We also purchased the additional protection plan, but Walmart informed us that because the bike failed within the first year, the issue must be handled by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has been largely unresponsive and has provided little to no assistance. As a customer, being passed back and forth between Walmart and the manufacturer without a resolution is incredibly frustrating. An eBike should not fail after only a couple of months, and customers should not have to spend months fighting for support. This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this product based on the lack of reliability and customer service.

The purchase I thought was an E-Bike, however it is a E-moped or E-motorcycle. This is not a Legal E-Bike in California. They advertise it as an E-bike and blame me for not knowing. I'm still trying to get a refund, So you need to know before hand if you are buying something Illegally in California. Hopefully they will read this and give me a full refund.
