This e-bike has power and rides smoothly. I did buy a set of thicker tread because I am into riding on trails but overall it has a lot of power when you hit the throttle. It is limited in speed but it feels like it goes faster than specified mph. I ride this bike every day and love the peddle mode when I want to get a good exercise for the day. I highly recommend this bike to any mom who wants to have fun with their kids. Lately, I have gotten so many compliments by strangers who have seen my riding this bike with my kids ( on their own bikes) - We love this bike!
Great bike. My son rides it every day. He's safe as it only goes 28 mph. No issues with anything on the bike.
very comfortable ride. easy to use the controls but wish they would fully explain all the settings better in the manual. i also like the phone pouchand USB port.
Wasn't exactly what I expected wasnt the same set up but still kinda the same bike it's not bad it gets up to 33mph wish the suspension was a lil better but it's a good bike would recommend
The bike is amazing other then the installation directions. The bike's wheel feel off within 10 minutes of riding due to the incorrect directions. My son got hurt because if this and the bike broke. It has been over a week that I have been fighting with Walmart and the seller to get an exchange or refund to rebuy and I keep getting told the previous agents I talk to lie to me and this walmart agent is the one who actually knows the process and I have to wait 48 more hours. I've spend over 5 hours trying to fix this issue snd cried for a few of those. Its so dihartening. I only owned the bike 10 minutes, it shouldnt be this difficult. I also bought a warranty and they are refusing to honor that in this situation as well.
The worst purchase ever!!!! Buy cheap get cheap and the service warranty package is useless. Worst customer service.
It's a nice bike but brakes very easy my controller broke in one month of owning it wondering if I could get a new one for free because it wasn't my fault

Worst bike ever ! I bought it but battery did not work for 20 miles ! I called for return - they did not refund at all
Battery only lasted a few months and company won't replace because handlebars were changed which has nothing to do with the battery.
