Great E-Bike. I'm 200 lbs %26 it has plenty of power for me. The one motor does a great job. even up hill. Very comfortable too. The cons: If you're not use to riding a taller bigger bike it takes some practice getting off it. Instructions on how to install front wheel lacks a lot of information.

I like the bike. It's a smooth ride and does what it advertises. It was supposed to come with a shock absorber seat that you could pull forward to remove the battery. It did not. It doesn't come with turn signals, and for the price it should have. Arrives w\all assembly tools needed. Manufacturer made a sweet ride that is easy on your part to assemble and their customer service dept actually responds to their customers. I purchased this product thru Walmart, and they still responded to me. I am pleased with this purchase

Risen 60 miles so far and it's great. Fast but charge doesn't last long enough ,I get about 14 miles in on a round trip but if you pedal you go the fastest. and the peddling ? It's like fake peddling because there's no resistance at all. All you're doing is going through the motions and somehow that speeds up the bike and extends the charge. On my 14 mile trip there are 2steep inclines where the bike tops off at 22 mph , that's the biggest drain on the motor, but it's not a very long stretch. Light is super bright, but the tail light is tiny and hard to see . Not really sure if I like the whole step thru design as I imagine if you had to jump off of it it'd be easier to do with a step thru, but I've never ridden a bike like that so it's kind of tough to get used to.

Love it, it's fun to ride and has a long battery life.

well i am more than happy with the bike itself however i emailed the company as soon as i got it puf together because when i received it the head light casing was broken as if it was put together to tightly is what i mean and i never got an email back now the second month of owning it my horn stopped working out of nowhere, and now just a couple weeks latwr the headlight just stoped working the both of them are still not workin im not sure what the warranty that i paid for does but id like to find out how to get a new head light and as well as knowing what needs to be done for the horn and headlight please get back to me i appreciate it have a great night

The handle bar rocks up and down so I have to tighten it every so often. The bike itself has survived 2 crashes and not a single scratch and continues without a major problem. Really good bike for the price.

We like this bike but never received our protection plan that we paid $59 for! Would appreciate someone to help us get it because I sent several emails and no response!

Very well built. looks great. Arrived with some scratches and paint worn off in spots. Also arrived with a standard seat post. Not shock absorer flip up type it was supposed to. Still not sure who to contact to address that problem.

Wal-Mart wouldn't take it back because of the battery , and seller apparently doesn't understand the problem.... i kept it because trying to deal with someone over email and waiting days for a response is way to frustrating. i could go on , but I'm still very unhappy.
