Just received this bike looks great easy assembly turned it on headlight. Don't work tail light don't work turn signals work on works. I haven't tried to write it yet but so far everything looks good nice Tires nice color. I'll see what the issue turns out to be.

I like this bike so much that I bought another one after I wrecked my first one. Now I have two batteries for this bike. The only thing that I recomend is to take all the bolts out %26 super glue them in. The Vibration from riding losens the nuts %26 bolts. Using super glue to hold the Nuts %26 bolts in works because you can break the super glue without harming the bike or the bolts.

I received the E26 mountain bike earlier than expected the assembly took about an hour . This bike is heavy duty I am 6”6 and 260 pounds. This is a big bike so if your looking for power this is it I got the bike up to 30 mph on a flat surface. The battery last a lot longer than I expected I use the pedal assist mode mainly the only thing that I changed was the seat I purchased a wider seat because the one that comes with it is somewhat narrower over all it was still a good purchase I would buy one again this is a good built heavy duty bike.

they didnt show how to assemble everything. I think they gave me parts for a different model. I eould have preferred preassembly if they had the option. Got up to 25 on a dirt road. Pedal assist propels you really quick so its better to use the throttle.

I made an error and accidentally purchased 2 bikes. The Ridstar company never responded when I wished to return the second bike. I called Walmart and the person I spoke with copied me on the contact with Ridstar. The 2nd bike is still in its original package sitting in my garage. Also, the bike I opened was supposed to have a 2400 battery, and I received a 2000 battery.

The bike is huge, bigger than my queen sized bed. The tires are really big it's a true mountain bike with too much power for teen or a Woman. It requires more assembly, and tools are included I would be afraid to let my teen age grandsons ride it due to the quick power response. I would recommend it to someone who rides off road and is used to controlling bike through rough terrain. This bike is well built.....except the front headlight will not work.....the customer service of this company sucks ....I have sent 3 emails for help with the non-working headlight. Walmart says I should hear back from them in 3 days.......not one word from them and it has been weeks now.

The bike itself is awesome. Such power. But. There is no information about the headlight and taillight. I've emailed to more than one address. Got nothing.

Honestly it all seemed fine at first until it got done changing and wouldn't start, then when I investigated I found that the connectors in where the fold opens up were damaged, that is where my over all problem with this bike is and why it got such a low review from me across the board even though I wasn't able to test half of it.

The Walmart site SUCKS !!!! I composed a lengthly review of my bike and when I attached the requested picture, the review disappeared. I WON'T be redoing the review.
