My son is very impressed how good this bike. He has another one from the popular brand and very pricey, but he said this bike is much better and we saved a lot of money. He doesn't like the front light since it looks like “old” style, but I like this light, for me it looks great and makes the trip less dangerous with this big one. We had the small issue, the part of screen hand was broken during delivery, and I wrote a note to a customer service and we got the new screen within a week with no problems. Fully satisfied and highly recommended.

Bought the bike for my 13 yo son. It was easy to assemble for him with a little help from his dad. He loves it. Rides it everyday and no issues. He likes the speed and comfortability. Battery life is good. He would leave and come back a few hours later and still have battery life left. He sometimes uses full power mode or depending where he goes, he will use power assist so he can ride longer.

Received the bike quick. Great customer service. I had an issue with the keys may of been missing. Customer service email me within 24hrs. We found the keys, thankfully. But quick with there response. Bike looks sturdy.. I purchased this bike because a friend son had this bike already. She said it was a good bike.

My 15 year old son saved up his own money to purchase this after doing extensive research on what he was looking for. This bike checked all the boxes! Direct from him: it's a nice smooth ride with great battery range per charge. And the seat is very comfortable. He is enjoying it very much. As you can see from the photos against my wishes, he parks it in my family room for safekeeping 😂

Hello, I purchased a Ridstar Electric Bike for Adults 1500W 48V/20Ah, and I would like to file a warranty claim. The rear brake light located under the seat is not working. The wires came disconnected because they were poorly soldered, and the mounting bracket itself is also broken. I am requesting a replacement rear brake light assembly under warranty. In addition, several bolts under the seat have fallen out, and I need replacement bolts as well. Please advise on the next steps and send the replacement parts covered under warranty. Thank you.

The bike started off great but the battery power barely lasted 5-6 months before not holding a charge for less than 2 miles on a full charge. Also, the brake pads needed replacement after 2-3 months of medium use. I only have my son every other week so he couldn't use the e-bike every day. The e-bike was taken care of very well and stored in an insulated garage.

I want to share my experience with Ridstar e-bikes to warn others. I purchased a Ridstar e-bike from Walmart in July 2025. By February 2026, the motor failed—well within the one-year manufacturer warranty. It was extremely difficult to even find Ridstar's contact information. After significant effort, I was only able to reach them via email. When I requested a warranty repair, they refused to fix the bike and instead offered to send me a replacement motor for me to install myself. I am not a technician and do not have the tools or expertise to perform this repair. A warranty should not require the customer to fix the product themselves. I then contacted the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, and received a warning stating: “CPSC Warns Consumers to Immediately Stop Using Ridstar E-Bikes Due to Fire Hazard; Risk of Serious Injury or Death.” Despite informing Ridstar of this serious safety concern and giving them the opportunity to resolve the issue, they still refused to provide proper support. To resolve this matter, I requested one of the following: • A full refund • A replacement bike • Repair through an authorized service provider at no cost All were denied. I am sharing this to raise awareness and encourage the company to take responsibility. I hope Ridstar will reconsider and resolve this issue without further escalation.

I bought this bike for my son. We received the bike and a signature was required for delivery they delivered it without one and thankfully I was hope when it was delivered. The bike was easy to put together, but it looks like it was previously used. I contacted Ridstar and they gave me a $70.00 credit. I learned that this make and model is discontinued due to a fire hazard. Other companies like Amazon are giving full refunds for this make and model. I reached out to Ridstar and got no response.

if I could rate this a zero I would. I purchased 2 ridstar ebikes which later had a recall on the battery because it is a fire hazard.i contacted ridstar to ask how they were going to resolve the issue and they refuse to do anything at all! I spent $1,800 for bikes that are totally useless to me unless I buy and replace the battery myself. it is completely wrong, It took a long time to save money to buy these for my grandsons only for them not to be able to ride them. Not fair to me or my grandsons. a company should stand behind their products and not screw the people who have purchased it. I am so angry and frustrated with your garbage product and your garbage customer service
