I bought this bike for my 13 year old for Christmas. He loves it and perfect size for him. It is full size, has excellent battery life and was easy to assemble. He added some LED lights and did some modifications to make it all his own.

We had a great experience. The shipping company delayed shipping by a few days but we received email updates. We did even have to delay the delivery date to ensure we were home to sign for the package and it went by perfectly. My son loves his bike I bought for his 12th birthday! Thanks so much!

The company is very responsive. My bike was giving me an issue, so I sent an email for assistance, and in less than 24 hours, they responded with a solution. Without hesitation, they offered me a replacement.

Absolutely love this bike! We use it around town for a quick errands and the kids love to tool around with their friends. I would 100% recommend this bike. It was easy to put together, fast charging battery, and has great range between charges.

Great bike to get around town on, it doesn't go as fast or as far as it says it does. But still overall a great product and would buy from this company again

Assembly was difficult. Need to dumb it down a bit. Parts and pieces with strange names made directions hard to follow. Then a clear %23'ed safety check at the end would be great. There was a mistep on my part, and during the 1st day the front tire came off while riding.

The delivery time was a little off but overall I'm quite satisfied with my purchase. The ebike was easy to assemble and everyone who's seen it has complimented me on it's stylish looks. It's like a miniature sized motorcycle with plenty of power and nice handling characteristics. I've only ridden it a few times so far and I'm looking forward to soon finding out how much fun I can have riding it along with how fast I can get it to go!!!

After 1 week my son truly enjoying it, we had an issue where it started to vibrate and then accelerated from under him causing him to lose control and drop on right side handlebar breaking off the brake grip, and throttle issue now without that brake grip. We are communicating with the seller/Ridstar to see what they suggest and hopefully only need to replace the brake. So far they are responsive and looking into it with the manufacturerwarranty. We are just concerned it happened in first place. Will try to update review if option available once we get answers. Solid bike though and a lot of fun. Some minor tricky things when assembling but youtubing a video made sense and overall easy.

The worst purchase of my life. 1k for a NEW ridstar. Long story short....they refunded me 200 originally due to brake failures. But when i went for repairs they told me tge frame is bent. Even more cost to repair a new bike. AVOID RIDSTAR. STAY AWAY

I purchased this gift for my 14-year-old for his birthday. When pulled out of the box the frame was bent.. His birthday is in two days and ridstar has yet to contact me with a replacement.
