RIG 500 PRO HX Dolby Atmos Gaming Headset for Xbox One

I was blown away by the quality of sound that these headsets produce. You can hear the bullets ripping through the air as they're fired at you. Sounds which I couldn't distinguish before were obvious. For example, enemy chatter and footsteps. I could even hear an enemy RC-XD approaching from what seemed very far away. The explosions were epic and added to the experience of the game. I swear at some points; it felt like my ears were vibrating! My friends could hear me very clearly, and the mic was easy to adjust. The flip to mute feature of the microphone is a great feature and saves you having to turn the mic off in the Xbox Audio settings.

I have alway been a fan of Plantronics gaming headsets and this one is by far the best one I have used. Its light weight, comfortable and sounds amazing. Plus its universal so it can be used on any system since its a 3.5mm audio jack. I highly recommend these

So far, so good. Son says they sound great. He has autism and is very particular with how headphones feel on his head and ears especially. He has no complaints with these so far

Everybody raves about turtle beach, we also were a tuetle beach household for years...until now! The sound is amazing! Blows turke beach out if the water, even the ones that cost double this!

Box came damaged but really good headphones, i've had them before but I like the new re- design turn on bad headphones for less than 50 bucks! they don't have any static in Xbox parties and that's a really loud microphone! But I would recommend putting the audio dial in the back of the headphones instead of the controller.

After using it for well around several months, it has good sound, fits well when the ear cuffs are adjusted on the headset and the volume control makes it easy to adjust, however, only about two and a half months ago one of the interior parts that houses the mic port broke on the inside after I tried to pull it down to use it. The mic was still usable but having it awkwardly hang with little keeping it set firmly was a pain. Only just recently did I start to notice that noise wasn't coming from the right side cuff and I assumed it was a wiring issue but it turns out that the driver itself on the volume control was bent slightly. Keep in mind that I have only been using it on my Xbox X/S Controller and never having a need to forcibly jam the driver in to the controller's port. I think I may have had my controller drop once or twice, but for the driver to get messed up when it has little wiggle room with the rubber controller adaptor taking up most of the driver's room and minor wear and tear doesn't speak well for this Rig when the material quality is as cheap as Turtle Beach's.

Very nice design with good sound but the microphone is crackling and echoes, and the mic jack loses connection

I ordered the headset after my old Rig headset which is the same model and was great, messed up after years. Upon arrival the shipment only came in the cardboard holder (original boxing was not included). After opening paper bag the headset looks used because it was stained in some areas and super dirty! After looking closely by the padding it looks almost as if it's ear wax! Super disgusted. I seriously want a refund for this disgusting crap! My previous Rig headset same as this was great from Game Stop but after ordering this I never want to get this from anywhere else.
