This soap has an impressive smell right out of the box. It lathers well. I don't notice the smell much in the shower. A decent bar for a man.

First impression: I will definitely buy again. The scent is clean and earthy without being overpowering. And it does smell like labratory-made chemcial smells. It is kind of like the woods after it rains—natural and fresh. The soap lathers easily and rinses off without leaving any weird film behind. As a guy-not that it matters- but my skin feels smooth and refreshed after every use, not dried out like with some cheaper soaps. Each bar is a solid size. I shwer daily with it and also use it to wash my face—it is holding up well. It's gentle, and gets the odor off after a long day. This set comes with four bars, which is a good value considering the quality. I've similar ones for $9-10. I'm going to use these as stocking stuffers.
