RiRi's Vegetarian Carrot Cake

The cake received didn't match the description. If you want a decadently sweet cake, look elsewhere and pay a lot more. It weighed 4 lbs as claimed, but it's a strictly vegetarian cake with no trace of butter, milk, or eggs in the ingredients. The description says it bas a rich cream cheese frosting but there's none whatsoever. All the fat comes from vegetable oils, which is not my idea of cake. The ingredients listed didn't match the actual cake, with five different oils listed one after the other, which was not possible. Also instead of the actual walnuts which predominated over carrots, the ingredients said it used a ready-made artificial walnut fla oring but didn't list actual walnuts. Instead of the cream cheese frosting the actual cake had a ready-made sugar glaze which had butter cream listed as one of its ingredients. Carrot cake needs to be sweet and rich.
