This is very high quality vanilla extract. The packaging says it's crafted with Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans, and you can really taste how high quality this vanilla is. I feel very comfortable using it to make cookies or cakes. It's a great product to have on hand.

This vanilla extract has a stronger bourbon alcohol smell than I expected, so you don't get that big vanilla aroma with this extract. Once it's mixed into batter or frosting though, it works fine and gives a nice vanilla flavor. It's not super rich or bold, but it does the job for everyday baking. Overall, decent for the price for product.

This vanilla has the best flavor of any vanilla I have tried. I appreciate that it only has 3 ingredients, and is non GMO. It made my homemade vanilla pudding taste amazing!!! The only thing I can say that disappointed me is that it came in a plastic bottle. Vanilla this good needs to be in glass.
