Rit, All Purpose Liquid Dye, Black, 8 fl oz

Rit is my go to for fabric dye. Bold and bright colors when used correctly, I've never had an issue with using it. Make sure to follow directions and that you purchase the correct kind for the fabric you're trying to color. Don't forget to use their color remover for a better outcome. And their white wash is great for making whites bright again!

This product re newed and re vitalized my clothes, so So easy to use, a bit of salt and laudry detergent in a large tub and put the items in it to make like new, no NO better than new. I also used purple with this red color and it was vibrant and beautiful. . I love my dresses and hats now with the new bright gorgeous colors

This dye does work. I would take into VERY important consideration the material of the fabric you're dyeing and do your research. Also buy more than you think you'll need because one bottle per T-shirt does the trick for me and lasts forever so if you're dying something bulkier I recommend weighing the garment and going about 1 bottle per pound. Pro-tip rinse in your sink so you don't dye your bathtub my sister did it and never got her deposit back.

Very easy to use! I put all the clothes in that I want to dye, then add the dye to the barrel. Add soap to the top dispenser, and white vinegar to the softener dispenser. Do a presoak and its done! Small loads, you only need 1/2 a bottle too. This saves so many clothes items! Make sure to do a rinse load after to make sure the washer doesn't have any dye residue left over for the next load.

Really like the color it makes the fabric pop. I bought this cause my porch couches we're losing discoloration due to the sun and wanted to give a little fresh touch without having to buy them which are so expensive nowadays and this was a great DYII project at home going to do definitely more I just getting started.

When my white Tshirts get dingy, I dont throw them away, I dye them with this product and wear them around the house. This is my favorite color, so a lot of my Tees are this color now!

I originally ordered a different shade and this was the substitution. I checked out the RIT website to see if this shade would be what I needed. I was looking for a soft pink, specifically a ballet or baby pink. This was darker not a light pink. Maybe if I used less it could have been. I don't hate the color my pants came out it's just not the color I was expecting. I gave it 3 stars at first but it did perform well. So I'll edit that to 4.

I tried the Rit All-Purpose Liquid Dye in Navy Blue, and it gave decent results overall, but I wasn't entirely impressed. The color did take to the fabric, but it didn't come out as rich or deep as I expected. It looked more faded than a true navy, even after following the instructions carefully. The dye itself is easy to use, and the process is straightforward, which is a plus for beginners. However, the final color result can be a bit inconsistent depending on the material and conditions. It works okay for basic projects or touch-ups, but if you're looking for a strong, vibrant navy blue, this might fall a little short.

i am thinking that i am doing something wrong, all the items came out blotchy. i followed the directions and added what was suppose to be added and did not get the results i was hoping for.

The bottle had really hard to understand instructions and when I tried to use it I followed the instructions the best I could and my clothes turned out way too dark than they were supposed to and are ruined.
