I was actually very surprised on how well it worked! i dyed a queen size comforter. Ithought it may turn out kind of spotty! But it didnt! All the color on the comforter came out deep dark purple just the way i wanted it. All color was even throughout the material. Thanks!

This is the third time I have used this dye. It does well to color different fabrics. I used it to dye a bed ruffle, and two purses. I use one bottle for each item and I use my washing machine to get the dye distributed into the fabric. I let the fabric stay in the washer agitating for about 40 minutes. Then after the rinse cycle, I hang the item out to air dry. To get the dye out of the washer, I pour in 1 cup of bleach and let the washer cycle through on longest time.

I use Rit Dye a lot and it always does a good job. The price on this color was great.

Everything worked just as good as I expected it took will definitely be ordering again.
