Rit Dye Powder-Dark Green

I only trust Rit Dye when dyeing my fabrics.

Worked amazingly well, I dyed an old shirt and it looks beautiful and new. The color is a fantastic forest green.

I recently tried Rit dye powder and wasn't overly thrilled with the results. While the instructions were straightforward, the color payoff just didn't meet my expectations. The shade came out noticeably lighter and less vibrant than advertised, even after I followed the steps carefully and used the recommended hot water. I also found that the dye didn't distribute as evenly as I'd hoped—some areas looked blotchy despite constant stirring. Cleanup was a bit of a chore, too, as the dye stained parts of my workspace more easily than other brands I've used. Overall, it works, but the results felt inconsistent and not worth the effort. I was hoping for bold, even color, and this just didn't deliver. I'll likely try a different dye next time

The instructions were not clear on this dye was not for polyester items. Only found in small print on package.

This dye is awful, we bought this to tie dye table cloths, we tried a t-shirt first and ended up with gray. the directions for mixture ratio is a bit confusing as they are in the inside of the box. five packs arrived verses six, waste of money buyers beware

Did not work at all and when I put tee shirt in dryer 3 times it would not dry. Will never use powder dye again

The description states “(Pack of 6)”. However, when the order arrived there was only one 1.125 oz. box of green dye.

RIT dye used to dye anything and everything it came in contact with, but i havent had very good luck with it lately.

I only recieved 1 pkt, not 6, as advertised. Am very disappointed as I got cheated.

Will someone change the description and stop this bait and switch?
