Rite Farm Products 150W Black Ceramic Heat Emitter Brooder Infrared Lamp Bulb

Bought this to warm up our boat stateroom on cold nights, so we didn't have to run the generator. We used an inverter and it worked very well. Kept the chill off.

This bulb puts out quite a bit of heat. I used it in my garage to help keep my outdoor cats warm. I've only had it for a week so I can't speak for longevity, but I'm very happy with it so far.

The price is good and delivery was fast but these units do not put out much heat. A heat lamp will work better for a dog house.

Very disappointed I ordered two of these bulbs one came perfectly fine. The other one was broke. I contacted the seller twice in regards to returning it and they never message me back and now I'm stuck with a broken lightbulb when I needed it for an animal of mine.

Less than 24 hours and it stopped working. I tested outlet and lamp, but it seems to have been the product itself. Disappointed, as it would have been a nicely economical solution.

short answer is it doesnt work. it shuts off. weve had one before that worked perfectly. maybe theres a crack in the ceramic, idk, so we're going to exchange it.

I was hoping that these bulbs would work. No red light and the chickens loved the first one, it worked for 2 days. The other only worked for a few hours.
