Excellent product, good price.

These emitters/heat camps are great. I've been using them now for 4 plus years. You must have a light fixture that can handle the wattage or they will cause damage/burn up, etc. Be safe. Check your equipment for the wattage it can handle before using them.

Barely adequate though it does heat some to keep my pump house from freezing. It takes a very long time to get the heat up though. I won't buy it again. For chicks, the dark color would be good though the heat output is lacking.

Heat output only about 80% of equivalent glass heat bulb. Disappointing.

What I disliked was that the ceramic heat unit arrived completely shattered. I have never recived one of these that has worked because they were broken during shipment.

Unfortunately I received the wrong color, and it was broken. I needed this for my chickens. Wish it would have worked out, I would have bought more if I liked the product.

I had the bulb for month , I check it everyday and it was burned out I am disappointed. For it to be advertised as a farm product for animals the quality is poor

Broken after a couple of days. This is the second bulb we have purchased from this seller that broke. The first one, the electric connector at the base of the bulb came off after a couple days of use, the second one, the bulb stopped working and when you lightly shake the bulb you can hear broken bits on the inside. We use the bulb inside our house in a 250 Watt rated heat lamp.

It does not give out that much heat. Compared to the red bulbs

this is NOT a 250 watt heating element!
