It fits so well! I first put it on and it really made a difference in my back. I love it because it can be adjusted to a tighter fit or a looser fit.

Helps relieve pain... not a cure!!!
Fits well. This is worn to help relieve pain and to be able to walk longer distances. I am sure that it would be good to prevent back damage also
