I have suffered with leg cramps for the past ten years. I have been willing to try anything to stop the awful pai in my legs and thighs. I have taken baths, exercised, massages and avoided coffee and other products with caffeine. I tried Restless Legs Supplement with the Advanced RLS Restful Legs Supplement and thought I had died and gone to Heaven. The supplement worked really fast to relieve my legs from the pain and provided me with a comfortable sound sleep.

I have been taking these for 4 weeks. I'm happy to say my RLS has subsided somewhat . I still have aches when I am on my feel over 10 hours a day. But a regular 7 hour shift and I have no aches and pains. This is something I will continue taking to ease the painful leg aches. My husband has problems with leg cramps and jerking at night. He started taking this medication and within just a couple days noticed a big difference. I've seen reviews where people commented about the expense, especially at having to take them 4x a day, but my husband has only been taking it twice a day and still noticed a difference in just a couple days. After a week he lowered the dosage to once a day and still isn't having any issues with the leg cramps or the jerking waking him up. He plans to keep taking this medicine even after our "sample" bottle is gone.

So glad I decided to give these a try. I have only been taking these for a few weeks now. But since I started taking them I haven't had an issue at all whatsoever. RLS is awful. You cannot lay still, sit still, my arms even started to feel the same way. The first three months you take these two twice a day. There aren't any side effects, no warnings, bit anything that can harm you. If you have RLS issues I strongly recommend trying these immediately. They have truly worked wonderful for me.

this product really surprised me. it actually does what it says it will do.it's easy to take and does not effect the other medications i take. it really works well and fast.my legs have been giving me problems for a long time and this is the first time i took something that helps.i suggest to anyone having crazy legs to get this product.

I received this bottle of RLSdx from spark review about three weeks ago and I am very very pleased. This dietary supplement gives support for leg cramps. I have had leg cramps 17 out of 30 days (sometimes more) a month for years. Some are light but more are severe. I miss a lot of sleep and most nights I'm sitting up in a chair robbing my legs for hours. I keep track of the days and what I did the day before to see if there's something that sets them off but so far nothing is consistent. This supplement with Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Magnesium seem to be a good mix. Take 2 capsules twice a day for three Months then reduce to 1 capsule twice a day. As the weeks have gone by, my leg cramps have slowed down. Out of 21 days I've only had them 13 nights and they don't seem to be as severe or last as long as before. So the nights I still have them, there's a good chance I'll get a some sleep. I would recommend them to my friends.

I suffer from restless leg syndrome and I'm constantly looking for relief. I typically use another well known brand that's much less expensive and highly effective. I only take it when I'm having an episode. This product is something you have to take daily?? not only when you have symptoms?? I think I'll pass.

Restless Leg Supplement was new to me. I have suffered with this ailment for many years.I am hopeful for the future. It is recommended to take two capsules twice a day with food.It also says it may take up to thirty days to see the results. It comes in easy to take capsules.I have only taken it for a few days so far.i would recommend this product for anyone with restless legs to try.

I received 30 capsules, a 15 day supply/2 caps twice per day to try out. It says after 3 months you can drop dosage to 1 capsule twice per day but that's still too often for me on top of my other meds. I suffer from restless legs about 3-6 times a month. I was hoping for something I could take when the symptoms came on so I could sleep, not a long drawn out pill regiment. I don't feel it's worth the cost to take these for the rest of my life. The next time I go to my Doctor, I will take this to him and ask his opinion on it. Surely there's a faster acting, over the counter medication. Also the capsules are hard for me to swallow as I have a problem with larger sized medication. So far I can't tell any difference but it's only been about a week. Maybe in the future Walmart will let us edit our reviews after a more thorough evaluation.
