Thé rope necklace turned colors and started to fade. Ask for a refund cause the necklace turned within 2 weeks. It wasn't even 30 days and they still didn't send my refund back to me and that's been every since February 2026

For the jewelry to be real gold is miss leading because it changes colors . The Jewelry should of never changed

Not what you want
It looks nothing like the photo it's not 10k gold. It's supposed to be real gold, not electroplated. It has a 14k stamp but it was stated to be 10k real gold. This looks so fake and gaudy.
