Works just as they describe, was hoping to get away with doing one coat but two will be needed, and the gallon bottle doesn’t really go far. I was spraying the underside of a roof that had old dead mold stain and was able to spray a 100 sqft section with one coat before running out, and to fully clear the stain it will need two coats, they claim 200-300 sqft but I would say its more like 100sqft and I was using conservatively. But like I said the product does work well and am happy with it.

This product has been a lifesaver for us. We were flooded in August of 2016 with 8-1/2 ft of water in the downstairs of our home. We used this product on several things. Sheetrock, wood door casings, actual doors, under stairs and on spots in the concrete. We could not be happier with this! It saved us so much time and money I would recommend this product to anyone. gets rid of mold instantly. You do need to be cautious with it as it is very strong and not recommended to breath or get it on your skin or eyes but it works like magic...We ordered a 2nd shipment just to have for other odd jobs... I was hesitant , because i tried everything, I bought this because my wife sid do something now , so i did one last time, ,when i got it i placed it in a spray bottle , sprayed it on thinking okay here we go again, but right before my eyes it took it off and kept it off, on thicker spots i had to spray twice and walla white again , best ever thank you for making something that works finally i have pictures of my project

I purchased the RMR-86 to remove mold from between bathroom tile. The product does not perform as advertised in that it will remove the mold in 15 minutes however I have been applying it regularly over an extended period of time and it has been effective in removing the mold. I have used two full 40 oz spray bottles of the product so far in order to see a 95 percent decrease in the amount of mold between my tile.
