RMR Pro Instant Mold and Mildew Stain Remover and Odor Eliminator, 1 Gallon

This stuff removed a few seasons of mold and mildew on our pontoon and camper. I highly recommend this for any tough stain needs. We will buy it again and again .

I had my doubts but this stuff really works. I had some significant mold in the attic inside roof on the shady side of the house. I had been ignoring it for years and finally got my list of things to do done to correcting it. I used a two gallon plastic pump sprayer set on a fine mist saturating the mold. Just as the product claims the mold disappeared in a few minutes without scrubbing or rinsing. I was amazed. Please do not do avoid a mask and eye protection like I did. You need to avoid breathing in these fumes. Trust me.

2 jugs of product literally saved us from a $14,000 loss. We are full time contractors who build a lot of portable buildings. We had framed up a large horse shelter and before we could get the siding on we had some rain which led to the frame being quite severely covered in mold. We test spotted our usual product we use in basements and didn't work. We were so worried this horse shelter was going to be a loss and have to refund our customer. We ordered 2 jugs of this based on reviews only. Applied it to the wood frame using one of those 1 gallon lawn sprayers. We could not believe the results. One treatment with this product the mold was completely gone. No smell of mold in the wood. We were able to get the siding on and get it delivered. This product really saved us from problems. I have been referring all our contractor friends to this product when they mention mold. Even our local small town motel purchased some from my referral and have been very happy with it. If you have mold this is the product you want to go to first.

Best mold and stain remover ever. Completely removed 20 years worth of mold off basement cement walls. All we did was spray it on. No scrubbing at all.

This stuff is the real deal! This stuff surprised me how well it worked.

The RMR 86 seemed to work on my shed. It got rid of most of the mold, however my roof needs replacing. It didn't really seem to help the mold, although the plywood is shot out, it did seem to help get rid of everything else. Shop around for the product as the price varies at different stores.

This is a fantastic product, but EVERY shipment I've received has had leaking bottles. The caps are ALWAYS loose and the thin plastic wrapper covering the bottles inside the box is much too flimsy to contain any leaks of this caustic material. This is a well documented and persistent problem that a small amount of care would solve. One order was so bad that FEDEX refused to deliver it saying it was "damaged" and I had to cancel and reorder. Tighter seals under the cap, tape over properly tightened caps to prevent loosening and heavier plastic zip-lock style bags would solve this dangerous and totally avoidable problem.

It was easy to spray on the outside of the house and garage. It does work in a very short time. What i did not like was it did not completely remove all of it. It said to use a second coat to remove it completely, but it is expensive so I have decided to pressure wash to get everything off- which is my normal routine. The smell is not that bad-a little bit like diluted bleach.

I was expecting a miracle based on all of the reviews from various websites. Admittedly, the black stains on my bricks are from an accumulation over 20 years. The black is still very much visible. I must also add that I am not completely sure that the black on my brick is mold, but is definitely not part of the original brick color.

I paid nearly $30 for this bottle-- of strong bleach. The picture of the bottle is so blurry enlarged, I couldn't read the ingredients before purchase. Hopefully it's not purposeful and will be corrected. I thought it had something else for that price. I figured it had some biological or other ingredients to encapsulate the spores. Nope; it's bleach and a squirt of detergent. I tested this with regular, cheap bleach and they both cleaned the mold equally well on birch paneling. I don't feel good about the price.
