so far so good. haven't used it yet, its a xmas gift for my son, but as far as appearance goes, it looks nice. the size is just right and the box and game itself arrived undamaged from any visible damage.

Good product for the price
The ball gets stuck sometimes at the bottom where it loads. Sometimes electrical goes out but has come back on.

Not good
This was a huge disappointment for Christmas. The batteries literally only give you crazy loud sound effects and keeps score. The game play is exactly the same with or without batteries and it's not good. Nothing like a real pinball machine… I returned it.
