The laptop was a good value with the discounted price. The N95 CPU is the bottleneck of the system. The base speed is 1.7 Ghz for all four cores with a max turbo speed of 2.86 Ghz, it ran at 100% utilization for the time it was running updates. The LPDDR5 is a set of 6-2Gig chips at 4800 M/T, witch is the bus speed. There was no windows 11 pro product key only a windows 10 product key stored in the laptop. That is probably why you need to contact them for reinstalling the OS. The laptop runs warm because the fan speed is set to quiet in BIOS and can be adjusted to improve the cooling. The battery life was good for the first charge/discharge cycle at 3 hours 45 minutes from 100% to 30%. It will probable get better after couple more cycles. The included charger/power supply seem under rated if used while the laptop is being used, it gets very warm. The laptop is a good middle of the road computer for the price.
