The graphic is clean and it has many settings which allows me to have my customization and shortcut for quick accessing. The screen is bigger than my phone for easier reading.
first I love that it is rand McNally and how update the map is with that said: 1 - undoubtly California has something against it because it make you accept some waver when you turn it on..not just once but every single time you turn it on. 2 - it doesn't keep settings. I set it to turn on with maps and no sound... I have to reset it every time I turn it on. 3 - it doesn't read ALL speed limit sign and it doesn't read your speed a lot of the times. 4 - no red light camera app or display very frustrating..had for a week and returning today. tired of having to rework it every time I turn ti on
Don't waste your time and money!!! When I opened package it was used and dirty GPS !! At least you clean it and resell it again man. I wish I could give you zero star!
poor quality, too slow, takes 5 minutes just to type in destination
So very bad , I'd stared tray it after I get it with 20 minutes , it turned on , did not change the screen or turn off and when i called the number which giving in the manual book about it they asked if I did pick a software for this pice I said no, i did not the guy said you need to pick one and it for 19$....of course, I said no thank you even your production I do not need and went back the store returned .....
Somewhat convoluted (technical over-kill) in its program for getting from window to window menus. Have had better GPS's in the past (Magellan and Garmin). Bought this in an emergency at Walmart (Garmin's were on back-order) since I was on the road and had left my Magellan home. It clearly says ... Free Lifetime Maps, well they may be Free, but the additional software you have to buy is $89 to get the updated maps is over and above the original price of the unit! AVOID THIS AT ALL COST, the additional $89 isn't worth it on this GPS. (and the GPS isn't worth the 1 star either)
Does not recognize secondary roads. Not able to determine the shortest or fastest route. Locked up when it got confused. It will get you lost, even if you know where you are going. After one short road trip I'm returning it for a refund.
LOL You have to know where youre going to use it and WAY to much button pushing and can't EXPLORE anything. Messed with it for 30 minutes or more .read instructions to no avail. Kept going to the end of our street and back and so it's going back.
This gps is total garbage. Signal drops happen after every time I make a turn. The gos gets lost often and it shows my car driving way off the road. Total garbage.
I'm returning it. Very very slow. Too many buttons to push to get anything done, and not a good map view to zoom in quickly. Loses signal often.
