A coworker owns the same fan for our non air conditioned work truck. I liked it so much, I bought one for myself. I only wish the company would provide them.
best fan for postal vehicle.
The ROADPRO RPSC-857 Car Fan is by far the best directional 12volt fan on the market. Don't let the compact size fool you. This fan moves a lot of air. Variable speed for maximum comfort. The cutting edge of the cyclonic dispersal of air is unsurpassed by any fan of this type. The compact size and high durability ABS construction make this fan a must have for any 12volt application.
I'm a mail carrier. There's no air conditioning in the trucks. If the cigarette lighter socket works, this thing is a huge blessing! The clamp is super tight. This thing moves a lot of air. There's a dial on the power adapter to turn out on and control the speed. I make sure to turn it off when I turn the truck off so it doesn't drain the battery. You can adjust the fan direction. It's loud, but so is the truck. Very happy with this purchase and we'll worth the money.
Postal worker here who needs more then the vehicle fan in older postal vehicle. The fan works great for an additional breeze during the summer. I'm on my 3rd fan over 7 yrs. They can probably last longer if you pay attention to the plug(make sure everything stays screwed on) and if you don't drop it and ruin the louvers.
used it 3x for my tractor in 100 degree heat. it held up running on high for 3 hours each time. so far not bad
works very well moves a lot of air
Did not come with all the mounting hardware as shown in the pictures
Bought 2 both fell apart
How are you going to send me an item that looks like it has been sitting on a shelf for the past three years and has already been cut open? Then send it in an uncovered Keurig K-Slim box (which is worth three times as much as the fan) to sit on my porch for everyone to see? Absolute failure of a company.
