This is the perfect pillow for a side sleeper with multiple earrings. Comfortable cushion and light weight. It's nice to wake up refreshed and without ear irritations.

I have some physical issues that make regular pillows uncomfortable for me, and I was looking for a fairly flat pillow that wouldn't press on my cheek or elevate my neck too much. This pillow is actually better than I expected – it has a nice quilted cover, which is removable, and it supports just the part of my head that I wanted it to. And now I won't have to remove my earring at night either! Definite bonus.

This pillow is nice. It is so soft. The pillow has a zipper to add or remove stuffing. I found it to be perfect the way it is, when I took a 30 minute nap. This pillow is so comfortable to the head, ears, and neck. Hollow in the middle for ears of side sleepers. I use it on top of another pillow because I like to sleep with a little elevation. It has a washable cover, which is great. I'll be purchasing another spare.

I saw another person complain the pillow is too small. It is small but I put it on top of a regular pillow just to ease the pressure on my ear. It works perfectly that way.

It technically does what it says it does. The hole is large enough for most ears without being too big to be supportive for smaller ears. I was able to use my earbuds and it was definitely more comfortable than lying on it. It was kind of annoying how it kept bumping the earbud whenever I shifted, and sometimes making it fall out, so if that's your main purpose for this, just keep that in mind. For something like wearing earrings, I'm not sure it would be as much of an issue. It's also kind of annoying to have to move it around when I wanted to roll over. All around, it does what it says it does, I'm just not convinced it's enough of a problem for me to need this solution.

It was not soft. I wanted a very soft pillow but with some support. It definitely would have been supportive but not enough by itself. I tried on top of pillow but then too tall.

It is very firm, and when my ear is in the hole, there is a lot of pressure on the arteries, nerves, and glands in my neck. I tried removing some of the stuffing, but it didn't make enough of a difference. If it were positioned differently or if it were softer, I think I might like it, but it makes me uncomfortable, and I can't sleep with it.
