Purchased this for recovery after a hysterectomy. Hands down this has been a huge lifesaver. From the car ride home to holding ice packs stay in place- this thing has helped with all of it. I cut the straps off as I found them unnecessary. Highly recommend :)

I like the pouch to put ice pack or heat pack in it . I highly recommend if anyone is having a tummy surgery or hysterectomy. I used it for 3 weeks after surgery and it made recovery easier. I would recommend that the strap was a little tighter but overall I was not disappointed and happy that I ordered it as recovery would have been less manageable without it in the first few Weeks.

works great in the car and for sleeping! i flipped it over to have the pocket on the inside and it kept the ice pack exactly where it should be. perfect product!

This post hysterectomy pillow is ok , or rather better than rolling up a towel. It's smaller than I expected and thinner as well so I wouldn't say the price is worth it. It's thinner than a couch pillow , has straps to bind it to your body and has arm cut outs yet the side pieces almost wrap around your body pending your body size. It does however have a pocket to place a hot or cold pack inside.

The whole point of this kind of pillow is to give support to the site of the surgery. This pillow does not do that. Its extra soft no support to rise from seating position or sit.
