they are nice and washable but i ordered them too small for back support in my wheelchair!

I'm using them together, and they are still much too small. I do think their shape is right for my neck, so I'm making them work.

Too small
11 x 7 it lookjs more like 5 x 2, so small for the money it will be going back Walmart usually say no refund for 3rd party items until they receive item. Once I give return the item to Walmart store credit should take place at that time. Most of the time you return the item to the Walmart store and you never heard back from the 3rd party. Walmart should stop selling items for 3rd party or get a better process i place for returns.
