I love the movie but...
I know I love this movie from seeing it in the past, however I have not recently been able to watch the movie because it has not been delivered yet! I live in KANSAS and last I checked the movie is still in the distribution center in ILLINOIS! It was supposed to be delivered today. No such luck. So, as soon as I receive my movie I would love to post another review!

i love this movie it takes me to a simpler time before the movies were all about space and I love mel brooks.

I love the little quips in this movie like, "unlike other Robin Hoods, I speak with an English accent." The songs are good too.

Great movie
This is one of my favorite Robin Hood stories of all time, but Cary Elwes is fantastic and a great person. I recently had the privilege of meeting him for second time.

God Bless Mel Brooks!
If there's one thing this world needs it's Mel Brooks. I can't think of another director (actor, writer, songwriter, comedian) that has provided us with so many truly hilarious film moments. His movies are sly, outrageous, pointed, unique - he's just the best there is. This particular movie is a real parody of the Robin Hood story and takes you down comedic paths that leave you gasping because you're laughing so hard. Bravo Mr. Brooks - and lucky us that we have his movies to watch again and again.

If you love Robin Hood stories.... if you love Prince John with a constantly-changing mole... if you like the Sheriff of Rottingham with an inability to speak correctly... if you love circumcisions from Rabbi Tuckman and his miniature guillotine... ... then WHY are you wasting your time reading this review?! BUY IT! BUY IT NAOUGHW!!!
