The size was perfect for my small space and had easy-appearing assembly, but there definitely was a parts problem due to incomplete thread drilling in two of the holes in which knobs were to be inserted. (photo of one attached) I would give an extra star to the responsiveness of the company when I contacted them about the issue. They did keep in touch with me until I had the problem corrected by a local person who had a re-threading tool, which took him only about 10-15 minutes to fix. The treadmill is easy to use, not super-heavy-duty but a pretty good value for the sale price. I did take out a 2-year warranty but hope I don't have to use it. I have not yet pushed the incline to its maximum but thought I need to work up to it.
Delivery was on time and, considering the weight, the package was in good condition. Assembly was relatively easy although one screw ended up being cross-threaded. Operation was straightforward and I love the automated slope adjustment! The only disappointment is that the speed adjustment is in increments of 0.6 mph. I wish that would be in 0.1 mph. Quality of materials seems to be very good and machine is very stable during operation. Overall I feel it is an excellent choice and a great value for the price.
The Robore/Umay treadmill exceeded my expectations. The box was heavy. I needed help getting it out of the box. Once out, though, I was able to lift the end and roll it into place easily. It comes with 3 sets of knobs and screws. The knobs are perfect if you need to quickly remove them and fold the treadmill. I want to keep the treadmill set up, so I'll be using the screws and washers. It does have 12 preset programs. That isn't mentioned at all in the descriptions. I haven't tried them yet, though. The belt is wider and longer than most inexpensive treadmills. It does run quietly and the display is really large, engaging, and easy to understand. My favorite part was the incline. I used the incline at 10%. It got my heartrate (there's a heartrate monitor on the hand rests) up and I could feel my core, hamstrings, and glutes working. I burned more calories than I did without the incline. My goal is to increase my time and distance walking. I'm in my 50s and hope to do interval walking/jogging so I can lose 40 pounds. I am confident that I will get a great workout. I highly recommend this treadmill. It's money well spent.
It's okay I guess. It's pretty flimsy and narrow. When you crank it to the max incline it wobbles a lot. I'm 180lbs so I'm not huge and I feel like it should be less wobbly. If I don't use the incline it's fine. I like the flat screen area to put a tablet on. I also like that the rails are height adjusted.
This treadmill does not have all the expensive bells and whistles. But it does the job. The price feels high for the quality though. There are some issues. There are areas where plastic parts connect or overlap and the quality is poor and you have to be careful not to be cut or scratched by the sharp edges ( like at the handle bar area.). The major issue is the lousy directions. Instructions are pitiful. There is no diagram with labeled parts. So to run the machine you have to basically guess and figure it out by yourself. Where there should be a diagram in the instruction manual , there is a blank space. Weird. Then the instructions reference numbers parts but there is no diagram to reference the parts. Stupid. Also the parts inventory is off. There were 4 different additional screw knobs not listed in the parts list in instructions. And as assembly instructions were so bad we couldn't figure out if we assembled it incorrectly. Still haven't figured out how to program the machine for various intensity workout. Again the instruction manual is pitiful and needs a serious quality control overhaul.
This treadmill replaced an older larger treadmill that just took up too much space in my one room. This one literally takes up half the space my older one took and is perfect for smaller spaces. This treadmill is nice and compact but still large enough to take the constant pounding of my 260 lbs body with ease. It has enough power and goes just as fast as my older treadmill. The incline is easy to use and has a modern screen that goes through the different modes. I am glad I got this one and the price was very competitive with other brands with less functions.
I have assembled a number of treadmills shipped to the buyer over the years and this one was by far the easiest to do! Within 10 minutes of opening the box, it was ready to be plugged in and taken for a test run. Adjusting the speed and incline is a snap. Some individuals might find the walking/running bed a little short but it works well for me and I am 5'10". The other concern is that the width between the handle bars is somewhat narrow which might bother a larger person...particularly if jogging. The unit itself does not take up a lot of space but I would not see myself taking the time to fold it up daily. For the price I think it was a good investment.
Was listed as Robore 18% automatic incline treadmill when I purchased it last week. Now as I write this review, it's listed as 15% automatic Robore treadmill. It's the same treadmill I purchased. The treadmill I received is not the treadmill I purchased. I received a treadmill named Umay L10 20% auto incline. Again, I purchased Robore 18% auto incline treadmill. The Umay L10 treadmill is what I received instead and It is not true to its incline. This item is a fraud. I measured the maximum incline of 20% with an inclinometer and the incline is only 8%. I also do incline 14 at 3.5 speed for an hour everyday at my gym 5 times a week so I know what an incline is supposed to look and feel like. This wasn't even a 10% incline. I expect a full refund for this fraudulent item. USA consumer law states if a merchant sends a fraudulent item not the same description as the item purchased or an entirely different item than purchased, the consumer by law is entitled to a full refund. I screen recorded the specs and ad before I checked out.
It is extremely unstable. I'm not a large person (5'1" 145 lbs) and it shakes when I just walk on it. It's too narrow and the speedometer is definitely off. do not recommend
The photo is deceptive. The makes it look like a full size treadmill. It isn't. It's small. Perhaps great for a small space.
