This PVC bag is die hard! Water tight, reinforced wear points, great mounting hardware... The carrying handles release the binders! P E R F E C T !

I haven't tested how waterproof it is yet to give it full marks. The polyester-vinyl material feels durable enough, though.

inferior in nearly all aspects
Material is good, and closing mechanisms are good, however the attachment clips that hook over the rack rail lack any kind of tensioning mechanism, so the bag rattles incessantly on every… single… bump. It is maddening. Also, the lower clip that hooks the lower portion of the bag to the rack defaults into a closed position, and although it can be loosened with the thumb wheel and set to various angles, it is a hassle to pry open the clip when mounting the bag, and is nearly impossible to access when the bag is already mounted. Bottom line- I loved my MEC bag purchased in Canada at their version of REI, and this Rockbros bag is inferior in nearly all aspects. Skip this Rockbros line and find a different brand with more refined mounting hardware.
