This is the second of this bag that i've had,the 1st had the hard sides zippers failed to much stress.This is the same bag soft side no stress on the zips!

Great bag. Very spacious. Attached and for perfectly. I do not think it will fit up to 35L. Maybe 16-18 at most when sides are opened. Heavy duty sidewalls.

The item arrived in damaged retail packaging. The retail packaging was in an outer shipping box which was a very tight fit but did not explain the damage to the manufacturer box within. Upon opening it looked like the item was in a clear bag resealed with tape, and the manufacturer branding labels were pushed in a pocket of the item with the nylon tag they were part of… not attached to the item as you'd expect in a store. Finally, there was grease in a sort of “fingerprint” on the label. All in all, it feels like I was actually sold a returned item and not an original first time owned product. The seller asked for pictures to justify sending a replacement and I decided to clean the label and make the best of what I received. The price is ok for the item quality.
