Well made great price
Well made. Heavy weight water proof looking material. I did not use it because it was a little small for my needs. I would recommend it.

This bag is a loser for me. The strap system makes it very cumbersome to remove and replace the bag and the straps weren't well sized for my Trek rear rack. Very difficult to get the bag firmly attached. The bag is very floppy. When I put some stuff in it, the bag sagged to the side and everything shifted around.

Doesn't secure well to rack. Cheapity cheap cheap
I could not get a secure fit on my rear rack due to a poor design and it always listed to one side, thought it never fell off. It secures well to the side with the rings that the velcro goes through, but there is no way to pull it tight and secure it on the other side. If only they had provided the ability to pull it tight against the side of the bag (i.e. extend the velcro up the side of the bag), it would have been fine. Also, the bag is saggy and a cheap vinyl-ish material, which is not unexpected given the cheap price. I wish I would have spent more and gotten a better bag.
