I absolutely love this powerhouse of a machine! Had it six years now, still looks stunning and has consistently produced 10,000 shots to date, as my grinder has a digital total. Everyone who comes over is blown away by its appearance and requests drinks. It's a machine with proper maintenance I really don't see faulting at all.Get it and enjoy! It's perfect for wife and I but if there were a 3rd or 4th espresso drinker I would highly recommend getting a machine that can accept a water supply.Rob

This machine replaces a previous Rocket; it came well wrapped and after u packing ready to go.It works well and is a joy to use.

Great machine. Had to mess with my grind/tamp as well as steaming but have it all set now.

Upgraded to the Appartamento from a Breville Barista Express. Cannot believe how easy it was to extract a great shot right from the box. If you're on the fence, treat yourself to this great prosumer machine. You won't regret it

Okay...so I selected this machine based on price,...no looks,...no quality,...oh no never mind. Anyway...this machine has really improved my outlook on life. There's nothing quite like waking up to an espresso machine in your own kitchen that is this capable of producing excellent espressos...time after time. No more standing in line...and hoping that the coffee is fresh and properly prepared. I purchased this machine along with the Baratza Sette grinder. The duo is awesome. I pull shot after shot of delicious espresso using locally roasted beans by Oceana Coffee Roasters just two miles away from my house. The combination is mind blowing.I know it doesn't have an insulated boiler...but hey --- I kinda like my cups to be warm when I wake up. It's not like I'm leaving this thing powered up all day. I set it to turn on 30 minutes before I get out of bed...and it's all stable ready to go...and my cups are warm. Wrap the boiler with insulation...and how warm are my cups going to be in such a short period of time???

I purchased this machine about a month ago with a Rocky grinder. I really love it, I think it does a nice job of pulling consistent shots. If you are in the market for one, wait a bit. Rocket announced that they are rolling out an app. Not clear whether the Appartamento will get the app, but would be good to confirm before buying.

Love this machine. Have had it for 3 weeks. It is beautiful and well made. I agree w others about the plastic rack. It taking time to get the perfect pour but getting there. My challenge is coffee too hot. Steam is better w whole milk not plant based. All in all I'll check back when I know my Rocket A better.

Love the machine. Theres a few things at that price point i wish it came with but my only real gripe is the sharp edges under the drip tray as i cut myself pretty good on it already.

Had trouble with this machine the minute we got it. The machine wouldn't even turn on, and we had to remove the housing to find two plugs not even plugged it. Once we fixed that, the boiler was not building enough pressure. We finally got it to work for about 4 months, but it is now inoperable and currently being fixed due to no pressure building in the machine. It is very discouraging to spend over $1,600 on a machine for it to be broken when received, and then breaks again 4 months later. While I have no doubt other people have had positive experiences with this machine, I have not. I do not recommend the Rocket Appartamento.
